Whereas Puerto Nuevo is a province of Alexandia

Now Therefore be it enacted by the grace of the most excellent majesty of Alexandria that this act come into affect upon royal assent.
Elections
1. Elections for Premier of Puerto Nuevo shall take place no more then 4 months after the previous election.
2. Political Parties for the Province of Puerto Nuevo are allowed so long as a national party has sponsored it.
3. All citizens of Puerto Nuevo may participate in debating legislation, all legislation shall be enacted via a referendum of all citizens.
4. The Premier shall serve as the executive officer of the Province, and may veto legislation should he so choose.
Symbols
5. The motto of Puerto Nuevo shall be, "It is tossed by the waves but it does not sink."
6. The animal of Puerto Nuevo shall be the Armidilla
7. The flower of Puerto Nuevo shall be the Sun Flower
Authority
8. Puerto Nuevo shall have the responsibilities and authorities to:
- Regulate provincial tax rates
- Regulate money given to provinces from federal government
- Legislate provincial laws
- Legislate labour
- Spending revenue's on services and crown corporations
- Privatizing crown corporations under provincial control
- Social Services and Human Rights
Enactment
9. This law shall come into effect upon royal assent
