This should be done extremely quickly for obvious reasons.

Therefore I suggest that nominations be put in IMMEDIATELY. I would suggest nominating more than one person;

When shall we begin voting?

Well, we should wait until we get the Orders approved. Voting usually lasts for about 48 hours or so.

I am extremly honored to be nominated to this position; but I fear I must decline my nomiation.

In the wishes of Their Imperial Majesties, I second M. Marcel Beugeraud, but HIH Enrique and HIH Margrethe as well.

We could also nominate Monsieur Forest, if he so wishes to take the job.
