As you all might of know or recall, the Republic of Anthelia is the depositary nation for all issues relating to the Novasolum Treaty.

I would like to adress two things.

While Alexandria has signed the treaty, it is unclear to me whether the Alexandrian parliament has also ratified the treaty. Unless I have overlooked it, a notice of ratification has not been posted in the Anthelian forums ( Helion Convention Center). So, I would like to ask the Alexandrian government to look into this and perhaps have the Alexandrian parliament ratify the treaty.

Secondly, I would like to invite Lavalon to sign the Novasolum Treaty. For that purposes we should draft a protocol, to be added to the Novasolum Treaty. that protocol would add Lavalon to the list of signatory parties.

That is something I will have to talk over with my Cabinet.

i believe that i did post in Anthelia saying the the government raified the Treaty. Anyways, since now we've made amendments to the Treaty it will have to be ratified again. I'll post it in the Parliament forums.

I don't know of any amendment already made, and I don't foresee one in the future.

If Lavalon decides to join, it will done by a separate protocol.

The novapol treaty which might be signed, is a treaty separate from the Novasolum Treaty.

I agree. Lets get all the signatories together again then... to sign this treaty.

Alexandira did sign the Novasolum Treaty, but did not notify a ratification (by the legislator)...nothing big, you can fix that easily :-)

It has been the decision of the Lavalonian government that we will not ratify the Novasolum Treaty. However, if it is acceptable, we would be honored if we were allowed to continue participating in this conference.

yeah, why not? This wont harm Lavalon at all. It will benefit the government actually...
