Citizens of Rio Grande,
I am pleased to speak on behalf of the parliament to announce that a by-election shall be called to fill a vacancy in the parliament. I am also pleased to announce the passage of the constitution. Thank you, and God Speed.

Mr. Speaker,
When the Constitution was passed in Parliament, the MP's did not amend the Constitution to include Rio Grande as a Province of Alexandria. Until we do that, Rio Grande will not be able to have a representative!

The Non-Partisans Association is looking for a candidate to run for it in the province of Rio Grande. It would be great to have a new member on board.

As former President of Rio Grande, and Count of Revilla & Zapata, I still feel involved in the life of the Rio and want to show my support to Mr. Jackson.
He has been in Rio Grande for enough time to be familiar with the needs and capabilities of this region.
