Title: Former State of Star

I don't know if anyone in Alexandria new this, but the state was like a Gulf Coast state in the US. The main city of Star was also very much like New Orleans. So I have a feeling that they might take more to the merging with the Empire.
I would love to be able to develop the region more if I could.
