| THE TREATY OF THE ISLES BETWEEN THE EMPIRE OF THE ALEXANDRIANS AND THE VIKING EMPIRE OF STORMARK. To all Royals, Nobles and Knights and to all other persons whatsoever to whom these presents may concern, We, the Sovereign and Recognized Rulers of the Empire of the Alexandrians, in the person of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Edgard II, and the Viking Empire of Stormark, in the person of His Imperial Majesty, Harald Thorstein I the Generous Giver, The Sovereign Viking Emperor; do extend Our Greetings. WHEREAS the Empire of the Alexandrians would like to establish a colony for use by its Imperial Navy, AND WHEREAS the Great Nations of Alexandria and Stormark are friends and allies, AND WHEREAS the Viking Empire of Stormark would like to help its friend and ally the Empire of the Alexandrians out, LET IT THEREFORE BE KNOWN that the following Articles of Agreement have been negotiated in good faith and without effort of evasion or duress by the Imperial Governments of the Empire of the Alexandrians and the Viking Empire of Stormark: Article I. The Viking Empire of Stormark agrees to lease the islands encircled in red on the Micronational Cartography Society map as shown on the map contained in the Schedule to this Treaty to the Empire of the Alexandrians. Alexandria may use and administer the said islands for military purposes. Only Alexandrian military forces may be based on the said islands. Article II. This Treaty may be terminated at any time by the Emperor of Alexandria at His own discretion. Upon the termination of this Treaty the Empire of the Alexandrians will abandon the islands mentioned in Article I. Article III. This Treaty may be terminated at any time by the Sovereign Viking Emperor of Stormark at His own discretion. Upon the termination of this Treaty the Empire of the Alexandrians will abandon the islands mentioned in Article I. Article IV. This Treaty shall come into operation when it has been passed by the appropriate organs of Government in both Alexandria and Stormark. Article V. This Treaty may be cited as the Treaty of the Isles.
