This is the final draft for the internal regulations of this body. So please, members of Parliament vote Oui! or Non!

Imperial Parliament Act

1. The Parliament will meet in the capital city of the Empire of the Alexandrians.

2. The Parliament consists of five members: four provincial representatives and the Prime Minister of the Empire.

3. The Ministers of Parliament will choose a Speaker from among themselves. The Prime Minister cannot be the Speaker of the Imperial Parliament.

4. The Speaker will be in charge of introducing bills into the debate chamber. The Speaker will have a subforum created as his office, and all projects must be posted there, once the Speaker has read them he will introduce them to the complete chamber. The Speaker is not allowed to make any changes to the projects presented to him. The Speaker of Parliament is also the Spokesperson of this body and, as such, will present all laws passed to the general public of Alexandria. The Speaker will have Moderating Powers over this Institution's froums.

5. The Parliaments Agenda will follow these guidelines:
- First: a bill is presented to the Speaker.
- Second: The Speaker introduces it to the Chamber. From this moment there is a period of five weekdays to debate it and propose any amendments to it. After that it will be voted on. Polls will be open for three days only. The voting options will be: FOR, AGAINST, ABSTAIN. During this period partial polls regarding specific articles of the bill may be conducted, those polls will be conducted as said for general votes, and their results will be final and added to the draft of the bill.
- Third:
a.) In the case it is voted For, it will be presented to Alexandrian public.
b.) In the case it is voted Against, a secondary debate period of another five weekdays and another vote will take place.
-Forth: If a bill is voted Against twice, it may not be reintroduced for a period of one month, after which time it may or may not be reintroduced

6. The Speaker will decide which bills to introduce and at what time.

7. There cannot be more than three bills in debate or vote at the same time.

Well i believe that all parliamentary ministers have voted, and the outcome was
OUI: 4
NON: 1

So this is it then, right?
This bill was passed into law...
