As we are having a period of virtual inactivity in the Imperial Parliament. I will take over the possition of Speaker (not appointed yet) until the other members show up and will proceed to put the Constitution and the Imperial Parliament Act to a vote.

I know this is not a regular move, but this matters require our attention right now, and it seems that all the other Parliamentary Minister have gone inactive.

I hope this isn't seen as an attempt to take over, I'm just trying to make our legislative system work.
